Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

 

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. Where possible, items should be returned in their original packaging.

 

To initiate a return, please contact support@dripandsauce.com and include your order number.

 

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

 

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

 

Refunds will cover the purchase price of the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
